Most all of the online stores have similar pricing. That is a fun little truck, I have an electric Stampede and a nitro T-Maxx. Just do a web search on rc trucks and compare pricing and shipping.

is it bad to run an elertic 6 cell traxxas stampede slowly i have been runnin it in my basment and it seems to me like my truck is not performing right

No, running it slowly won’t affect it at all.
It might be a sign that your batteries aren’t quite right.
